Do people just have weak stomachs? I hear this all the time but I've never had an issue with Taco Bell. Maybe the recipe is different in Canada

These food often has a lot of salt, sugar, and oil which upsets the stomach. it is likely the oil and greasiness. Also some people could be lactose intolerant and not know it because some diary products are more likely to trigger these symptoms. Though even worse is food poisoning.

I think it's the people that don't drink water at all just mtn dew and get no sunlight. That paired with sitting in a computer chair all day on a computer and not walking to the bathroom will create runs in the pantaloons.
