I respectfully disagree. There's something magical about the combination of savory beef, salty bacon, and melty cheese.

Bacon is a main character. A beef patty is a main character. That's two main characters when there should be ONE main character and a support. Otherwise it's just gratuitous.

I rarely eat bacon by itself. It's almost always an add on for me. I add it to scrambled eggs, bacon-egg-cheese biscuits, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc.

Cheese is it's own thing. Bread is it's own thing. Tomatoes, pickles, and onions are all their own things. Never combine any food ever if it's not all the exact same item over and over again.

I feel like this is some shaky logic. Cheese is it's own thing too, would that make a cheeseburger a ridiculous concept? Is anything that can stand alone mixed with anything else that can stand alone a ridiculous concept? If you're just in the "I don't like it" camp, okay. But ridiculous? I'm not convinced.
