Disagree. People spend 8-10 hours a day on their mattress. Used mattresses are full of dead skin cells. I'm not saying couches are clean, but used mattresses are nasty.

I agree mattresses are gross I'm just advocating that couches are more gross, especially because you are more likely to wear outside clothes on your couch, and the number of people to sit on your couch is far greater than your bed normally

What kind of monsters do not use mattress and couch cushion protectors? You know... the ones that go around the mattress/cushion material, zip up, and are waterproof?

My nieces and nephews come over to hang out all the time. That's really the only reason I have them. 🤣 I probably wouldn't either if it weren't for that reason. My statement was just to be a smartass anyway. I don't really care if people have them or not. haha

Yep. they're kind of one size fits all kind of things so they're going to be a little bit baggy usually but it doesn't matter if you zip them up in your normal cushion. They make them though. Or you can buy custom ones, but I'm not trying to do all that. haha. They are on the market though. You can get them on Amazon
