I'd have to suggest that there is no real correlation between size and skill/technique. Other than a guy with a less impressive package may be so worried about rejection that they dial up their pre-game so that penetrative sex is essentially the second course rather than the main.

A friend of mine said his is so big he can't slam it home without smashing her cervix so he has to control the depth by leaving an inch or so out. In my experience men of a lower size, have been more likely to engage in oral sex and foreplay, making them far better lovers in my opinion.
