This is the first I've seen of "trackless trams". I've seen electrified buses with overhead lines and all sorts of streetcar systems, sometimes with the tracks in a lane of regular traffic and sometimes not. I've also seen LNG buses with lower emissions than diesel but they're still buses. Is "trackless tram" just a way to rebrand a bus to attract more riders?

ok. but what is the "unpopular opinion"? trackless trams do operate like buses in certain situations. true. not an opinion.
