I disagree - the live shows for How Did This Get Made are better than the studio recorded ones.

I agree that those are great. Idk if it's because they are trained improve actors, so they really shine on stage, or if the concept of the show works live, but most other podcast live episodes are just bad versions of the main show with bad audio and lots of pandering "people in the balcony, do you agree with me?"

Fair - I think its more dependent on the type of podcast and the hosts. But I don't think that being live automatically makes it a lower quality.

I hate it because the hosts act different and they spend most of the time interacting with the audience.
