Spandau Ballet was better than Duran Duran, amirite?

Been listening to 4Extra this evening by any chance?

I'm not familiar with 4Extra

True

Spandau had more quotables, but Duran Duran had a more consistent body of work. I probably agree with you though, personally.

If you like either of these bands listen to Still Corners.

I've listened to a couple tracks, pretty good stuff. Will definitely look into them more

I too would rather die riddled with multiple 7.92×57 rounds than have to listen to duran duran.

Lmao, I'm not much of a fan myself but they have a few I adore

Honestly, I will not criticize anyone for the music they like (other than make a few bad jokes). And while neither band "does it" for me, if you enjoy anything, please enjoy it, But I do love being silly, particularly when some people don't realize why certain groups, for example bands, get their name, So I couldn't hold back. I'm assuming you know what "Spandau Ballet" actually means.
But if something makes you happy, then I'm happy that you enjoy it, truly. :)

I honestly like the name, sure it's kinda distasteful but I think it juxtaposes their music quite well. A band named Spandau ballet does a song like True, that's ultimate irony

Well, you're not wrong there. Being on the receiving end and experiencing a Spandau ballet is most certainly as true as it gets. ;)

Those are names I have not heard in a very long time and I am saddened that you reminded me of their existence.
