Attitude eras problem is every single superstar had major star power. Only a very few stood above the rest.

The crowd was loving Road Dogg every time he came out, he was more infectious and entertaining than Steve Austin, and I'd say he was tied with the Rock. All Road Dogg lacked was a story line opening for him to move up. He'd have been amazing.
