No I have not seen this on YouTube At least none of the channels I follow do this

Random example of this I can think of is the Real Life Lore guy. I like his vids but the way he puts so much emphasis as if the fact he's stating is so insane like "China is responsible for a whopping *fifty percent* of *all* trade coming through this area".
