When we see children, we never think they're going to grow up to be criminals or terrible adults. amirite?
by Anonymous1 year ago
As a teacher - yes, yes we do (some of us).

Dang, beat me to it. Even working at the elementary level, it's clear as day sometimes.

Even nonteachers can tell little Mikey is going to be a cunt when we pick up our own.

Ex play- worker here and I agree but a lot of the time it was in combination with the parents
by Anonymous1 year ago
Yes we do. Some kids are definitely visibly psycho.
by Anonymous1 year ago
I do not disagree lol. I feel like most people aren't like us though
by Anonymous1 year ago
I don't know who "we" is but I absolutely do, certain children at least.
by Anonymous1 year ago
You can if you look at the parents.
by Anonymous1 year ago
That's just not true
by Anonymous1 year ago
Yes hell I do. Have you met any kids lately.?
by Anonymous1 year ago
It's funny, when I see children, I sometimes wonder what they're gonna be like as adults, and Vice versa, I sometimes wonder what adults were like when they were kids.
by Anonymous1 year ago
Not true for me. I hate kids lol

Unfortunately I know a 5 year old whose greatest accomplishment if possible is to avoid jail and avoid any baby momma drama. He could become president but him not being a train wreck is enough
by Anonymous1 year ago
I do, all the time. Lol
by Anonymous1 year ago
And when we see criminals and terrible adults, we never think they were once innocent adorable children.
by Anonymous1 year ago
I do. Especially when you see them hurt small animals.
by Anonymous1 year ago
Obviously you don't teach
by Anonymous1 year ago
Says someone who's apparently never seen children
by Anonymous1 year ago
Kids are undeveloped identities and are only as innocent by their understanding or ignorance.
Give an unsupervised 3 year old a cat to play with to determine their morals as to whether the animal is nurtured or dead.
Either parents (or lack thereof) raise children into criminals, schizoid mindsets, or personal bad choices have kids develop criminal behavior.
Morality isn't always inherent in kids, it's learned.

I'm sorry but you are just completely wrong about this one.
by Anonymous1 year ago
Bro I think it all the time.
by Anonymous1 year ago
First day of elementary school for my first born is all I needed to invalidate the above statement.
by Anonymous1 year ago
We do if their parents are
by Anonymous1 year ago
*You* don't. Criminals and terrible people don't appear from the ether, a lit of us are well aware that kids can grow up to be that, and some of us experience that they have the propensity to already be criminals and terrible people
by Anonymous1 year ago
Some you know will end up in jail
by Anonymous1 year ago
I think about it with almost every kid I see lol
by Anonymous1 year ago
I have. My nephew is one of those kids that I would not be surprised to find out he did horrible things. We're seeing something and saying something, but there's nothing to be done. 🤷🏻♀️

Speak. For. Your. Self.
by Anonymous1 year ago
My mom didn't think I'd be a criminal but she clearly didn't expect I'd do much with my life lol.
by Anonymous1 year ago
Because KIDS AREN'T BAD. When they act out, it's because something is wrong
by Anonymous1 year ago
I dunno man, you don't see a kid torturing animals and think future serial killer?
