One of my most random memories is watching an episode of the original *Iron Chef* (the Japanese version with the terrible dubbing) while I was high in college. The Iron Chef (don't remember which one - might've been Michiba) made shrimp ice cream. The judges said it was one of the most vile things they had ever tasted.
