It is two different things. A "high valué" person would be high value whether they helped you or not. Not that i believe in it anyways

It absolutely implies that people don't have worth because that's how people use it. Let's be real, the sudden use of high value or low value started being relevant because people were using it in relation to individuals that slept around or to describe what people have to offer in heterosexual relationships. Now you have people that use it on a broader level to refer to entire groups of people and their value to society as a whole.

It doesn't imply they have no worth, it just unusually implies they have less worth on the dating market which is often true
