Anything can be an advantage. For example, a person who most people consider to be ugly will have truer friends than someone with good looks. It's a disadvantage only for people who don't know how to handle their uniqueness well.

In a way. Life is definitely going to be more difficult for you than an average or good looking person. You will likely need to try that much harder in looking fit and/or having more meaningful skills than most just to fit it.

Ugliness is not a disability, it's not even an objective fact. Although, if you or others think/believe/say you are ugly and you can't cope, I wouldn't rule out disability - but ugliness in itself is not the disabling feature, it's how you manage to deal with it.

I would say being ugly to the point of people being scared would be. But that's usually a personal choice when someone looks like that
