+171 There is a limit to how wet you can get. amirite?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Same reason you can't over-wet. You see, when something's wet, it's wet. Same thing with death. Like, once you die, you're dead. Let's say you drop dead and i shoot you. You're not gonna die again, you're already dead. You can't over-die, you can't over-dry.

Shut up, Jerry.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

its "Gerry" — the "g" like in "garaging"

by Anonymous 1 year ago

First G or second G…

by Anonymous 1 year ago

third

>Perhaps he is wondering why someone would shoot a man before throwing him off a plane

by Anonymous 1 year ago

*Shoots some guy dead* *EMS arrives and revives some guy* *EMS shoots some guy dead again*

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I'm pretty sure that yes, people can over dry, and that's cool, severe dehydration. Or cremation.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

maybe how many percent of a surface is (bool) wet?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Somewhere between 0..1

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Well there's medically dead (no circulation, no breathing), and then there's brain dead. So maybe there are gradations.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

but like, you can be more or less wet compared to someone else, but you cant be more or less dead. like, youre either dead or alive, whereas you can be wet, soaked, semi wet, dry, parched etc

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I dunno. If they just died and could possibly be revived, or do get revived, couldn't you argue they're less dead than whomever is already cremated?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

no, as theyre still dead, and then back to alive. at least personally i dont see a person as more dead when they're unable to be revived

by Anonymous 1 year ago

So good

by Anonymous 1 year ago

If you went for a bath first in some water and instantly after in a volcano, I'm pretty sure one would consider you being over dry

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I'm hungover and this triggered a migraine

by Anonymous 1 year ago

You definitely can over dry

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Yes you can. One time i over dried and i sucked all of my body moisturize, my blood coagulated and i died. Im typing this from hell good luck brah

by Anonymous 1 year ago

You can't overdie but you can overkill

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Who is more wet? A person underwater in a swimming pool, or a person underwater in the middle of the ocean? Assume neither are at risk of drowning

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Theyre equally wet

by Anonymous 1 year ago

i agree, they are, because even if the water is around them, still only some of it is touching them, so they are equally wet

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Isn't the person in the ocean less wet because there's more salt in there?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Enough to increase the density even.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Ooh good point. Ok, middle of Lake Superior

by Anonymous 1 year ago

That's what I said...after not seeing you'd already said it.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

The person in the pool? Cause the salt in the water makes it less watery than pool water? Do I win?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Yeah I think so. Someone else had the same solution. What about middle of Lake Superior?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Whatever you say Ben Shapiro

by Anonymous 1 year ago

. . . Not according to my wife

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Not according to L1z3rdK1ng's wife...

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Can confirm

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Hahaha Lol 🤣🤣🤣 IDK why but you made me laugh!?!! Thank you! For realies though thank you! No harm šŸ™ŒšŸ’Æā¤ļø

by Anonymous 1 year ago

That's what my wife said

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Unless you're Particle Man.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Deep cut.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Moisture is the essence of wetness, and wetness is the essence of beauty.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

That's what she said.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Technically, women can get more wet than men.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

There absolutely is. You are simply incorrect.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

how many

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Reading comprehension issue with this one boss, give it another go

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Maybe so, but I suspect you'll be dead before you get there.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

You can slowly turn into a leathery raisen though!

by Anonymous 1 year ago

How'd you know that?! you must be a disc golfer in Florida!

by Anonymous 1 year ago

That's exactly Ben Shapiro's excuse

by Anonymous 1 year ago

There is a limit on how wet you can get and still be alive.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

True! Once wet, you can't get wetter. Just like once sleepy, you can't get sleepier. It's wet and rest all the way!

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I remember I was staying up later than normal on a school night, and worrying that I wouldn't do well in school the next day, I set my alarm 30 minutes earlier than usual. This was because when I wake up, I'm gonna be equally as tired as I would if I woke up at the normal time. So I spent this extra thirty minutes getting over my tiredness, and staying up late had no effect on me at all.

*Benoit B Mandelbrot has entered the conversation*

by Anonymous 1 year ago

One time I got caught in an intense rainstorm so suddenly that I got from 0 to 100% wet before I could react. Then there was no point in hiding from the rain, 'cause you can't get any more wet.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Dryness on the other hand? I'm breaking records for that any time I walk by a woman

by Anonymous 1 year ago

With that attitude maybe

by Anonymous 1 year ago

That's what she said!

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Is water itself wet? Or does it only make things wet

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Not with my foreplay! 🫠

by Anonymous 1 year ago

You never yet met a pet I bet as wet as they let this wet pet get.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

But with proper surfactant use you can get even wetter

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I mean we are 70% water so we are already pretty wet

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Once you reach, "How wet are you?" "Yes." then it's done. You're wet.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Side note: water isn't wet at all. It just makes things wet.
