Sounds like you lack significant responsibility or have little requirement to focus heavily.
I'm obligated to work under tight deadlines that require problem solving that needs to be correct, not just complete. It is most definitely NOT an aid in getting more work of this nature done for me.
If you know of any jobs that pay well and allow me to float about like a butterfly, I'm all ears.

Currently, I'm a college student (21 F), and I just realized I have ADHD. It's different in girls where it comes from overthinking and multitasking, so for me it actually makes me more productive. However, I understand how it can affect you differently as a male. As a girl, it caused a lot of anxiety, which I have treated and now I can enjoy the effects of ADHD. What do you think?

I wish you no ill will, and hope it continues to be your superpower.
ADHD is certainly real, but all people exhibit ADHD tendencies from time to time. I can't help but wonder if your anxiety being in check has allowed you to just achieve a level of normalcy that you've not had. Where rather than benefiting from ADHD, maybe you're just finally at a more neurotypical baseline, and that feeling almost seems unnatural.
What I ***think*** is that if you do indeed have ADHD, it will pose more of a challenge if your life leads you to a place where work or personal goals require extreme focus and attention to detail, even if you don't enjoy them.
I hope you prove me wrong!

I'm a girl and feel differently than you. We're all different

I don't relate exact because I don't have a diagnosis (yet), but I feel like there's some way this would work. Neurodivergences like ADHD can show up differently depending on the person, and I'm not a doctor so can't tell you that your diagnosis is wrong. But ADHD manifests as a struggle many with it have to deal and cope with regularly. If you're not beat up by other people for having it, good on you.
