On the contrary, it's easy: look at a 360 panoramic photo. It would be something like that.

You wouldn't have any sense of left or right. Driving would be impossible considering it would probably be hard to focus on 1/4th of your vision while paying attention. Cinemas would have to be circular so you aren't looking at the back wall when trying to watch Spiderman, glasses would have to be like masks that go around your whole head just so you can see properly and worst of all poking your eyes out becomes 40 times more likely over your lifetime.

Whilst we have a wide field of view, only a very small portion is in sharp focus. Most of the retina does not capture much detail. Only the fovea centralis which is a small area in the centre of the retina has "high resolution". So 360° vision would be similar, i.e. you would only have a small area in sharp focus.

You have 360 hearing but can generally tell the difference between left and right.
