It's kind of weird that we live on a massive sphere which no one has ever seen the centre of. amirite?

It's also wild that technically there are people that live upside or sideways but thanks to the sheer size of our planet and gravity, they're not.

Australians....🤦🏽♂️

Technically, the universe has no defined rotation. Meaning we're all upside-down, sideways and the right way up at the same time.

That always irritated me watching Star Trek. Nobody ever approaches upside down or from above going straight down. The universe is a singular plane!

Eh, maybe the planet is flat, we're in Eden, gravity is nonsense...hehe 👀 jk xD

How advanced do you think human are?

There's a whole bunch of stuff that we'll never get to see in person because it's too dangerous or inaccessible. It's why we invent so many machines that let us work out what's there anyway (seismographs were hugely helpful in determining the the makeup on the earth's interior).

I agree. Based on our scientific understanding, we have a decent idea what's beneath us. However, we are always finding out more and there could always be a change in our understanding. We technically haven't seen very far down at all. It's very cool and weird!

We usually don't see the center of spheres

Is it weird that you looked thousands of times in the mirror, but never seen the real you, the brain?

I've never seen the back of my own eyes

No one's ever seen my center, is that weird Greg ?
by Anonymous1 year ago
Center? We haven't even seen a fraction of the sea floor.

Get to digging friend and tell us when you get there.

Whats even more weird is that there's a smaller sphere in the middle of this sphere that's spinning a bit faster than the bigger sphere.. on the inside of it, while its also spinning

It's not that weird, considering it has a lava core.
