I think it's more the constant ogling, stealth pictures/videos, following around, and leering that they have a problem with. Not to mention the guys who think she "wants it" because she's dressed like that and make said woman feel unsafe.

There's a difference between a quick glance and a stare if it's a glance its fine. But a stare can definetly be creepy

I agree. Except give us bigger chested girls a break because I wear all kinds of stuff to cover my cleavage (I do NOT like being checked out) but sometimes I'll lean over and forget to hold my shirt against my chest. It's super embarrassing for me. My husband is the only one I want seeing that! 😆
