Try eating the ice cream faster or have a smaller serving maybe. Does your body not get hot on these hot summer days?

I prefer Ice Cream during the winter. As for the summer? Cold chocolate. Not like a dessert, I just throw a chocolate bar in the freezer and that's what I eat when it's hot out.

I drink hot coffee even if it's already hot. I think it helps me cool down ironically be ause it makes me sweat more than what i needed to actually sweat
