+177 It's ridiculously common for people to find annoying others funny, amirite?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

This is because when you annoy someone, you frequently get a reaction and get attention from them. People want attention and reactions, they don't necessarily find the annoyance aspect to be funny. It's simply a means to an end.

idk man it be pretty funny sometimes.

It is also common for people to hide behind "just kidding" after saying/doing something extremely mean, as if that makes it ok.

"It's just a prank bro"

Is it? Is it really? Is it? Is it?

Considering the sheer amount of trolls on the internet and bullies, yeah

The joke _._._._._._._._ Your head

What trolls? What do you mean?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Y'know it ain't annoying if I know you're doing it as a joke

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I'm just asking you a question do you need to be so aggressive about it?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

that guy was so upset for no reason. Sorry people like him are on the internet

This is a failing to grow up. Sometimes you tease a partner, or a child, but the hope is that they will smile and laugh. If they respond poorly and you keep doing it, you are a child.

Or is it ridiculously common for some people to find funny people annoying?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

For some, annoying others is the only way they feel like a part of the world, that they're seen.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Or put another way... It is ridiculously common for people to look at growing up, think "nah, too hard." and end up an (insert age) year old child.

It's ridiculously common to write confusing headlines that can mean completely different things.

by Anonymous 1 year ago

I know it's common, but I'm one of the few who really don't like it. I don't find other people's suffering funny. Never was a fan of Jackass or any kind of comedy like that. I guess when you're the little brother growing up, and you get picked on a lot, you can tend not to want to see others with the feelings.

I'm pretty sure it's just instinctive play. Other animals about tf out of each other when they play.
