Online advertisements are about the scam. They can't keep scammers or fraudsters off their advertising platforms. Those ads are what you avoid. Specially ads for vpns. Good chance it's the one the police want you to use because they are in, monitoring the vpn. They say they don't keep logs but do or something. Outside of that it's all scammers and fraudsters trying to steal. Sometimes malware. Best to not use vpn unless your trying to watch television from a different market. Now you can get bbc stuff in America. Or YouTube in a country without it like China.
