-642 16-bit games are healthier to play than 3D games, amirite?

What do you mean "healthier for your dopamine"? All pleasurable activities release the same dopamine amount, so how does pixelated games make any difference? Also, you're saying YOUR brain is overwhelmed, don't assume it's the same for others.

How about 3d 16bit games?

Well done this is a genuinely unpopular opinion. A bit ridiculous, but I doubt many share the view (at least I hope not).

I don't agree with how this is phrased, but I think I get where you're coming from. Not necessarily just 16 bit games, but just relatively simple games in general. I've been playing alot of Super Mario Wonder which just makes me feel..."good" in a way most other games don't.

I agree having watched the GTA VI trailer.

Oh my friend, people certainly did live their lives through video games, even the old arcade ones. It's about dopamine, not realistic graphics.

Correct phrasing: "Giant open world games are often overwhelming". Your phrasing: "16-bit games are healthier to play". That's a huge difference in presenting your point.

*Elite* 8-bit. 3D. 8 galaxies and god knows how many star systems.

Yeah, but they contribute more to climate change.

There is something a bit more special about a really well done 2d side scroller.
