Interesting that you say cold food is better warm, but you prefer cheese to be cold, when room temperature is the perfect way to serve it. Much more flavorful and the softer texture is more pleasing.

An ice cream is better cold for sure, its Italian name is gelato (frozen) after all. A pizza is usually better hot as well.
