I had a roommate once whom I told could have some food that night. Some meaning a serving….The next day I came home from work and my entire tub of meal prep for the week was gone. He said I told him he could have some.

This makes me glad my fiancé is a picky eater and he doesn't do leftovers. I never have to worry about him touching my leftovers or like most of the things I enjoy eating.

I have a cousin in law that will go around at family gatherings and make a plate, stick it in the fridge and then go make a plate to actually eat. Some of my family wouldn't say anything and finally I was like "so normally we at least make sure the children get a plate before we start putting crap back for leftovers." My family is weird though and even tho they'd all complained about this, in that moment everyone is like "oh he's fine don't worry about it" so I called them out too. Like y'all know you'd have been bitching 30 seconds after he left the room. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We always send people home with a little something but we make sure everyone is done eating before we start packing food away.
