Yeah logically I understand that. But I can´t wrap my mind around people not liking the outdoors at all. I couldn´t function with my daily walk at the very least. My body craves the sun and fresh air and I can´t imagine people´s bodies not doing that.

Part of it is my eyes, I think. I feel like I'm being flashbanged by the sun most of the time when Im outside. I dont like fresh air or natural light really. Id rather be in a nice, climate controlled environment

Can I give you a picture of your beautiful wife or even 3D printed one to replace your wife? Definitely no, right? She is beautiful not only because of her skin. The beauty comes from everything combined including how she interacts with you and your past experience with her That's the same as your hike. Nature interacts with you (temperature, wind, animals). The beauty includes all those experiences including your experience of climbing/driving the mountains and the history of the area. It is not one single picture of the frame but multiple things simultaneously stimulating your brain.

I actually think this is just me. I spent my childhood outdoors and hated it then, too. Thankfully as a teenager I mainly managed to avoid it, and now as an adult I only go outside to walk to and from my car.

Even if you hate nature. You will still need to go outside. Vitamin D metabolized with sunlight is better than dietary Vit D. They are probably other reason to go outdoor but.
