I mean hangings, that i think is a bit to far, but lets bring back the pillory and put them in the pillory for a day or two. And you can throw rotten eggs on them. I do also think it depends on the prank, like i have seen twin pranks, where the twins will switch places in the car when they are in a drive through, i don't have a problem with those types of pranks.
