This opinion would've been better if you just said you didn't like the sound effects of Gear 5.

It's a shounen anime, so more for teenagers and young adults. I think Gear 5 is awful in general and the entire thing kinda started going downhill since Wano, but that's just me.

Not really. Gear 5 being like that is to make most money out of it on merch and figurine. One piece is popular enough, conversion is key.
