I liked 2077 a lot, even when it was a hot mess at release. I have no idea why you'd say it's the best game ever created, particularly from a design perspective. If you mean like from an aesthetic perspective, I will accept that it's a very visually stunning world. Though I can still think of a few games I think blew me away more. But that's just personal taste.
