People are wearing them the wrong way around. You put you U shapre around the front of your neck so your head can lean back into the headrest and if your head flops forward there's a pillow.

I wear it like that so I can sleep with my head flopped.

I recently used a super-supportive neck pillow on a 2,000 mile car trip. It was so supportive my neck and head couldn't move at all - which meant I could just fall asleep upright without my neck bending. The wimpy little neck pillows that rest down on your shoulders suck. You have to bend your neck anyway to get support. Getting a tight-fitting, fully-supportive neck pillow is the key.

Any recommendations? Especially for sleeping? I'm on my 6th pillow lmao ugh

Neither are regular pillows. I use a soft quilt.

I'll only use a neck pillow if I'm dealing with a migraine and my head feels like its too heavy for my neck to hold up straight. Otherwise, I agree.

Agreed. I'd love to find one that does okay during a long flight or road trip.

I have one that's kinda square shaped, it's way more comfortable because I actually lay my head on it instead of it just holding my neck
