This is like saying OJ is more known for being a killer than an nfl player. Of course a history altering moment will have major impact on how we view someone

When a pregnant woman dies and is buried there is a such thing as "coffin birth" where the gasses from the decomposing body will force the fetus out of the uterus and through the birth canal making it look like a birth had happened. I dont think this is common anymore in the first world as we now prepare bodies with embalming fluid and also I believe if you are far enough along in a pregnancy they will remove the fetus and either bury it in its own casket or in the arms of the mother.

That probably differs according to whether you were alive while she was a princess or not. I think those that were, like myself, still think of her doing her princess thing and the moments when she didn't behave like the queen wanted. She was honestly a pretty cool human.

She also did a lot of work with landmine victims iirc

Nah - she is known for dying in a car crash because she WAS Princess Diana.

So are saying that the person you called Princess is better known for what now?

She died at the hospital

You could also say majority of us picture Queen Elizabeth as an old granny rather than a young lady.

I don't agree at all.

She was nicknamed "Princess Di". Ominous foreshadowing much?
