Eh if you're happy and the job pays you to live a certain lifestyle then more power to ya. And if you work for a communities values you in the up and down times. And overall you are happy. It's a rarity in the US though when most companies will drop you without thinking about it. Little to nonexistent raises that can't keep up with inflation. I could go on. 😊

I'm loyal to my paycheck. At the end of the day, if something happens to me, my employer will find someone else. With that being said, I'm not job hopping, but if another company offered me more money to do what I'm doing, I'm not saying no.
