Yep. We don't actually know Romeo's age, but Juliet was only 13, and that's an automatic fail under most Romeo-and-Juliet clauses. And while we don't know how old Romeo was, he was old enough to make most of the rest of the case go, essentially, "Jesus Christ, man, that's just wrong". Even by the standard of Shakespeare's time. That must have really been something.
