I feel covered wearing clothing without socks. And I feel naked when my balls are hanging out regardless of whether or not I have socks on. Even shirt cocking it.

whole body wet except face = feel wet no clothes except socks = feel naked only wearing shorts = still feel pretty naked only wearing a shirt = feel very naked wearing stockings that cover my legs and a shirt (i.e.: completely covered except for exposed butt/genitals) = I'd probably feel very naked I think this is probably more how you feel, not a universal thing.
