You can't exactly have lactating women show up to a factory to be pumped for 8 hrs. Besides, there is a market for women who produce more milk than they personally need, but it's given/sold to women who can't provide breast milk for their own toddlers.

I'm extended breastfeeding and when my kid is teething she nurses way more than when the tooth cuts she goes back to nursing like normal and I have an oversupply so I have to pump it. I've def put it in coffee before. Breastmilk also makes great chapstick on the go ! It's more watery than cows milk (close to oat milk) and really sweet
