Except that's not quite what an introvert is. An introvert is just more comfortable around a smaller group of people or to be alone to recharge. What your describing is more anxiety or just being shy.

Being an introvert does not mean that you can't vocalize or make connections. As an introvert, I can do those things but recharge by being alone versus an extrovert who recharges by socializing. Being an introvert does not translate to having social or leadership problems

Introverts are capable of doing all the things you mentioned and capable of doing them well. You don't have to enjoy something to be good at it. I'm extroverted and I have struggled to make friends and avoid bullying.

Are you intellectually challenged? Being introverted does not mean someone has difficulty socialising, networking, being a leader and so on and it most certainly doesn't mean someone is lazy or not ambitious. Introversion has nothing to do with social skills and discipline. It simply means that they need some alone time throughout the day/week and that they don't constantly feel the need to be surrounded by people. Introverts enjoy being alone and don't feel like their life starts crumbling if they are home alone for 3 days and need to entertain themselves. Instead of being a bully and judgemental prick who can't even look up a simple definition you could try just minding your own business and maybe going to therapy for that superiority complex you have.
