I haven't had that happen to often, a lot of the times they spawn in offscreen through the vehicles driving in. They do appear to run in-humanly fast if you've spotted them and can see them sprinting after you've been detected

I think the main reason the GR games never meshed with me is that they're kinda like distilled Ubisoft slop. Go here, do thing repeat ad infinitum. There's no real limitations emplaced on the player and that's IMO a bad thing as gameplay feels limp and empty without a strong narrative backbone. I played GR breakpoint more than Wildlands and it had the same problem, you really have to go out of your way to create your own fun in these games
