To give less advantage to men the events would essentially have to get rid of several of the most common aspects of sports. Height advantage, running speed, strength, swimming speed, armspan. Men dominate them. There's so many aspects that are just inherent to physical activity that you'd have to work around to even make it fair.

Men would generally win all events? I mean women are actually allowed to compete in men's sports in a lot of leagues in general, they are not able to. So they have female leagues in the interest of competition A few sports are integrated in the Olympics tho

It depends. For sports like archery, the differences are small enough that I don't really see gender playing a role in it. For something like Wrestling though, I can see it being put into different categories due to the biological differences at play there.

There are plenty of trans men who are athletes. It's just that nobody cares because having gone through female puberty cannot possibly give a male athlete an advantage, and that isn't true in reverse.

Shooting is weird because they constantly change the events and so there isn't a big enough pool of competition to have reliable statistics. To be clear, you think that men and women have equal performance in weightlifting and track?
