I just blasted my plaque away with a water flosser. Every time I used it (which is daily) a small chunk chipped off. Until the little I had was gone.

They work very well for cleaning the gums. Better than floss for me. But they aren't that good at removing plaque, it was more of a side effect.

Umm, do you just jot brush your teeth regularly or go to the dentist twice a year? Chunks chipping off? That's crazy. How do you even have that much build up?

This is just good advice, not an opinion

My opinion is that it's an opinion. Most would say let a dentist do this. In his opinion it can be done by anyone.

Dentists will tell you to never try this

Which kind of makes it an unpopular opinion, no?

Do you like …. Brush your teeth?

The water irrigation/water Pic are great for disrupting bacteria below the gum line. I use floss for breaking up bacteria between the teeth and brushing twice a day with toothpaste keeps things pretty clean.
