Kendrick Lamar isn't good and it's because of his voice, amirite?

An actually unpopular opinion that I can also agree with. I don't like his voice either. I'll admit, sometimes it sounds good and sometimes just alright. But usually, it's what ‘ruins' the song for me.

I agree with you 100%. Even before all the drama I was never really into Kendrick simply because of his voice. He's sounds like collard greens. Now he has a few songs I like because of the production & beats were really great

I love Kendrick and I agree. But a lot of great rappers have bad voices. I'll double down and say Biggie had a bad voice.

Listen to Section.80. It seems like he has been pitching his voice up in recent years and he has a more "normal" voice on that album and in his live performances. I personally like his nasally voice but I understand why someone wouldnt.

Kendrick Lamar is one of the best rappers I've ever seen live, and I'm saying this as someone that doesn't listen to much of his music. Regardless of how you feel about the tone of his voice, he's extremely technical, nails every line with precision, and sounds just like his studio albums which is quite impressive. He puts on a great show.
