actually, if your smoking a (tobacco) pipe, generally you don't inhale the smoke. Its more like a cigar. So you're more likely to get cancer in your mouth or throat (like with spitting tobacco) than in your lungs. But if course if your badass that way, i guess you can inhale the smoke
