Sports are boring, amirite?

I hardly think you're alone in this. Plenty of people are completely uninterested in sports.

I'm the same. Grew up playing every sport under the sun, but couldn't stand to watch team sports. I do like the UFC and boxing though

Y'all saying "this isn't unpopular" are wildin. Millions of people make their sports team loyalties a pillar of their identities. Maybe even a billion people!! And then casual fans might still enjoy watching a game. We may agree with this OP, but that doesn't mean the opinion is popular. It means we're online and "they" aren't.

I love sports but I can see the problem. If you're playing them then fine, but just watching and admiring the skills of others might not be mentally healthy. It's like sex Vs masturbation.

As a Canadian, people around me always talk about playoffs in hockey. I personally believe it's rigged against Canadian teams since the American NHL president took over after 1993. Regardless of what I think about the rigging, I still think it's boring AF. Now if a Canadian team won the Stanley Cup, I might reconsider.

When i was a kid i never understood why people would want to watch other people play sports when i got older i realized most people only watch because they have a gambling problem or do those fantasy leagues, as a general concept people don't do things unless they have a personal vested interest.
