It's called "the comfy" and will be the first thing to pop up if you google "the comfy". It's on Amazon and target and direct from website. Probably other places too. Whichever fits your preference.

Mine has heating elements on the inside that connect to a power pack you keep in your pocket. I bought a second powerpack just so I could rotate

I got a heavy robe on Amazon years ago and liked it a lot. They are around $50 and worth every penny. I now own 3 of them. During the winter when I go outside I just throw it on over my comfy clothes and I good to go.

I live in nz and our climate is close to being tropical so when it's hot it's generally humid and when it's cold it's damp… 28c is a hot day here… 82 in freedom units… 35 is unbearable the air feels as thick as whipped cream. And I can't handle being outside in 20 (68)… I'm working outdoors in winter in a singlet and shorts… and winter in a southerly wind in this part of the country it averages 5-7c (so mid 40s). I don't need a snuggie believe me.
