It's fucked up that you just let your friends talk shit about your siblings. whatever happned to family sticking together?

Can you really control what people do? You can always tell them to stop, but is there any guarantee? I have told my friend at least fifty times to stop, but he never has over the last few years I've been telling him to. You can not allow someone to do something. No matter what you do, it is their own free will.

are you really serious when you tell him to stop though? if it bothers you and he continues to do it then he isn't much of a friend. either way family should come before friends.

Yes, I am. And he says OK. But he still makes fun of him every once in a while, but it only happens one a week nowadays, more on rare occasions. As much as I would love it if he stopped, it is not going to happen. Family does come before friends, and this friend is like family to me. We've known eachother for the last eight years and have become brothers basically.
