I agree with you, if you're in a relationship and you're watching porn then that makes you a loser because you're wasting your SO's time and being unfaithful (unless it was specifically agreed upon before hand). There are a great number of reasons why. That doesn't really matter. That definition and frequency of desire is going to be different for everybody. Why does one partner have to deny themselves some release because the other partner either isn't in the mood or unavailable? You seem to have some weird hangups about sex. Therapy can help with that.
