You've either never seen a truly ugly person or you're just white-knighting. There are definitely uncurably ugly people. Google the famous 'Dra'nakyuek Destroyer of Worlds' meme for an example.

Trouble is you're assuming working out will (pun intended) work out in someone's favour. The plump look is often considered sexy, and the muscular look is often considered gross, especially on a woman. Does that not suggest pretty privilege for women whose genetics give them facial features that go well with a plump body? As for men and boys, we get considerably mixed messages from women and girls on what they consider ugly anyway.

You're hilariously wrong. From unfortunate genetics to awful accidents, some people are very much doomed to be ugly in ways that simply can't be fixed (e.g. proportions).

I agree. I see lots of ugly people complaining about people not wanting them, but they're hanging around the wrong people if they care about looks that much. If you just wear basic fashion and work on your personality (by that I don't mean you have to be funny, just don't be creepy, act like a normal person) then you're automatically fine. Don't be a hypocrite and chase other people because of how good looking they are, and then complain about people complaining about your own looks. Which I see a lot of people doing these days.

An outside ugly person will always be ugly. Thank god for surgeons. An inside beautiful but outside ugly could be seen as attractive or have attractive qualities but they're still ugly

I personally believe some people are but so what? The issue isn't the person's look, it's people's perception. I'm not attracted to some people and that's fine. However I don't treat them differently or look at them in weird ways. They may not be generally good looking or hot as someone like Alexa Demie, but as long as they're kind and respectful I couldn't care less. The truly repulsive looking people are assholes. I can't look at someone being a dick without looking at them different because there's no need. Insecurity plays a big role but if people weren't assholes and narcs, looks wouldn't be that much of an issue as they are today.

It's another case of blurred semantics: ugly-beautiful and unattractive-attractive. This pairs are not the same in meaning, and basically yes, any person - beautiful, ugly or wherever in between - can be attractive due to their personality or other factors, but ugly people do still exist.
