They're entertaining but they're not good lol. Those movies harken back to the mid-2000's hero movies and those weren't exactly good either. Nothing wrong with enjoying a movie that's entertaining, regardless of its quality, but just because it's entertaining doesn't mean it's good. They're 5/10 movies with an endearing dual protagonist dynamic and interesting fights.

good and entertaining are synonymous to me. If i'm watching entertainment media, and it fails to do it's main job, then it's simply not good.

I think this is not that unpopular. It's just that the other Sony marvel movies are SO bad, that Venom kinda gets caught in the crossfire sometimes

Honestly, I fully agree, they weren't like "Wow, this is the best, award-winning type movie" but for a fun antihero movie trilogy, they did their job, Tom plays Eddie so well.

I did not like them. Big Venom fan but I tried multiple times and just couldn't get into them. Prob had a hard time accepting them without Spiderman.
