Loudly singing along at a concert is annoying and rude, amirite?

Yeah I don't think people should be allowed at concerts period.

For most people, the whole point of going to a concert is the crowd experience and energy. Singing along, dancing, and shouting out lyrics are how people engage with the music and it's part of what makes live shows special. If you're just looking for a clean, isolated listening experience, the studio album is always there. When an artist invites the crowd sing a line, it's an invitation to connect, and a lot of fans (and even artists) live for that moment. Lyrics are often the most meaningful and expressive thing about a song for alot of people.

Right. If you want to be the only one there, play their songs on a speaker

Don't come to the UK then mate, we were trained to sing en masse from as young as 4-it's what we do at concerts-and the artists love it

depends on what concert, don't think anyone would care at a metal or even rock concert 😠It wouldn't be fun for anyone if everyone just sat down and silently looked up at the artist like they were in some theatre ðŸ˜

All the rock concerts I've been to had singers that were really hyped, and it would SUCK if they were rocking out and the crowd was just silently watching them, not really looking like they enjoy it

For real, just went to see Korn at graspop and I couldn't imagine people being quiet, it's only fun if everyone is singing along tbh
