I believe analogue is superior because I like being able to scale my input instead of a single value upon press.

digital triggers ARE more tactile and responsive for inputs that are on off, like shooting or whatever. Analog is an advantage for things like driving a car wherr you might want 20% input rather than just 100% or 0%. For something like smash digital triggers are arguably better.

PS5's DualSense has "adaptive triggers" that can have a tactile bump and feedback set by software. it's not the most sturdy controller though, having some plastic-on plastic gearing. i wouldn't get one for PC over one with microswitches and Hall effect on everything.
