I like fashion trends to be honest. As a person who just genuinely isn't interested in fashion. Being able to know what is the current trend lets me know what is the acceptable and saves me a lot of thinking about what to buy and wear. Of course if I don't like a particular trend I'm not gonna wear it, but 9/10 I don't really mind and it works for me.

I hate when people all look the same. There is not just one way to be beautiful. That said, I may just be extremely good at seeing beauty, people are naturally really beautiful.

True. I think it's pretty popular. But there is always something people hate when something rolls around. My mom hated girdles lol But they did make women look good. At least we don't have to keep up with that standard. Very uncomfortable for many. And there are more comfortable body shaping garments now. If that is your thing. Oh and the high healed pointy toed shoes. Just awful. That messed up so many women's feet and toes. And still does for those who never take a a break from them. I do like how standards are more relaxed now. And there will be a change. People get bored.

Weirdly enough i don't think that is "the beauty standard " i think it's just those people's beauty standards. My friend from Brazil also said the cosmetic surgery is out of control. To the point where she said it was more likely to see people with work done than not.
