Most young adults/ teenagers Have you ever shared a negative opinion with a boomer, OP? An opinion on which they did not agree with you?

by Anonymous 4 hours ago

NO ELBOWS ON THE TABLE! NO HATS ON INDOORS!

by Anonymous 4 hours ago

Please, explain to me like Im 5 how putting all boomers into the same derogatory group as OP is teens/young adults, is a good thing?

by Anonymous 4 hours ago

Its not. Its to showcase that these behaviors aren't exclusive to one group of people

Don't think it's a generation thing. There's people like this in every generation, and people that aren't like this in every generation.

by Anonymous 3 hours ago

Oh it's definitely worse this generation. I don't even see how it's a debate

Hello, boomer here. I have known a lot of people like this from different age groups and backgrounds. It just depends on how the person presents their differing opinion. If they state their opinion as different from mine I'm fine with that, makes for interesting discussion. If they attack me personally by saying something like "well that's a stupid idea" or "you're crazy for saying that ". It can be difficult to have a conversation with someone like that

i think you're fat, it's just my opinion!

I've found it's more common in young people when the "issue" being discussed isn't something serious (a video game being enjoyable to you or not / saying you don't care for a musician) and pretty widespread when it's a more "serious" issue (stance on a particular political movement / opinion on a religion).

I don't think it's confined to just that age group but that's just my observation.

by Anonymous 1 hour ago

nah, most boomers are like that. young adults are more accepting.

I dont know if thats limited to young adults/teenagers, or just everyone who is constantly on social media. Cos theres a lot of people, and they cant all be kids, taking other peoples opinions like a dick big enough that an elephant could feel it. So many young and old have lost the ability to just shrug, and move on.

Theres plenty of people who forgot how to ignore things

by Anonymous 1 hour ago

Fact. And its most people of all ages. Unfortunately

Everyone has been tainted by social media.

This has always been an issue. All throughout history. Literally look at any part of history and you'll see the same thing lmao. This is absolutely not unique to this generation.
